An Important Message from the Bass Lake Conservancy District:
With permit approval of the DNR, Aquatic Control will be treating approximately 157 acres of Eurasian watermilfoil at Bass Lake on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 – weather permitting. As a reminder, Eurasian watermilfoil is an evasive plant that spreads easily and quickly. It also crowds out native plants, reducing biodiversity, and diminishes fish habitats. Dense mats of watermilfoil can also form near the surface. Aquatic Control will be posting lawn signs in areas as to the specific treatment; follow instructions that are posted.
